Shore Up Home Inspections is a locally owned and operated home inspection business, founded by Kevin Brown.

Kevin's background includes 30+ years of customer service and public relations experience. Customer satisfaction is of paramount importance. This includes arriving on time for all appointments and meeting report deadlines. All inspections are personally performed by Kevin.

A home inspector will give you a clearly written narrative style report of the actual conditions of the major systems in your home. This will alert you to any concerns or hazards which may be present. Gain peace of mind knowing that your real estate transaction will be executed smoothly and fairly!

We strongly encourage all our clients to accompany us during the inspection and to feel free to ask every question that comes up as we go along. We will point out problems and explain them to you in layman's terms. We will show you the good points of the house as well

When calculating square footage to determine pricing, remember to include the basement. Tax records frequently omit this information in the taxable living area.
